This beautiful home is right off the boardwalk in Pacific Beach, a 5-10 min walk to the Pier. Close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The house is centrally located in San Diego making visits allover easy. We are right next to the 5 star Pacific Terrace Hotel. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 private bathroom for guests. The house has a beautiful courtyard surrounded by trees for meals or just hanging out. The property is fenced in to allow for privacy. We are about a block away from the famous Law Street yoga, and famous surf spots like Tourmaline and the PB Pier. The house is a block away from Mission Blvd which has bars and restaurants and shops. It’s a less than a 10 minute drive or 20-30 minute walk to Belmont Park. Driving is 15 -20 minutes to Old Town and La Jolla Shore, 20-25 minutes to to downtown San Diego. It’s also a 10 minute drive to Seaworld and 20-25 mins drive to the Zoo. Balboa Park 30-40 mins drive to Legoland. There is free onsite parking.
