Pack your bags already! This charming ATTACHED studio is located in an eclectic neighborhood amid lots of oak trees and foliage. A safe place to land between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach on James Island. Enjoy this private, tranquil space to re-center and relax in between exploring our beautiful city and beaches. I live adjacent and care for this safe, fragrance free cleaned retreat and look forward to welcoming you .. providing your private home away from home for wonderful memories. The space Private attached studio suite with good tranquil energy that makes it even more special. Only 5 miles to downtown and 5 miles to Folly Bch. with free off street parking. Waking to the sounds of the birds chirping and drinking coffee on the deck overlooking nature will set the mood for your day. Everything you need you will probably find and plenty of shops close by for everything else. I offer a super comfy memory foam bed with cotton sheets and linens to snuggle into after a day of exploring. A homey feel with eclectic decor and pops of happy colors against warm polished wood floors. A Full bathroom w/stand up shower, luxury shower head, and all your essentials including fragrance free shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. When not adventuring out to dine in our amazing foodie town, there is space to prepare meals in the convenient full kitchen. I live adjacent and love greeting my guests .. I look forward to hosting you and providing your home away from home :) Guest access guest will have their own off street parking space that leads to the deck and private entrance .. please enjoy the outdoor area in front the guest suite. Everything in the photos is your private area. I may need to walk through the grounds in front of the deck when watering plants or taking the trash receptacles to the road. Other things to note Enjoy complimentary coffee, hot tea, and bagels. I have 2 beach chairs, an umbrella for two, beach towels, and a beach bag if needed. Just let me know and I will provide them. If you have trash you need to dispose of you will find a trash and recycle bin in the enclosure just behind the studio or leave it on the porch in the morning and I will come retrieve it.
