Bar stools for dining. -Bedroom: One queen bed -Bathroom: Shower with no tub. -Laundry room located in the bedroom closet. [OTHERS] -This property is located on Boise Avenue, a main road that can be busy at times, especially during peak hours. As a result, you may experience some traffic noise. Additionally, the property is near college housing, so occasional noise from student activity is possible, particularly on weekends or during school events. -The property is a duplex and in the front is the other unit attached. Guest will share the backyard, BBQ and driveway with the unit in the front. -Parking available in the driveway (right side when facing the property). Do not park in the front or left side when facing the property. -Shared BBQ: Bring your own charcoal briquettes. Please make sure to clean the BBQ after use. -No garage access. -Window AC in the living room only. - Outdoor furniture might be moved in or covered during rain/storm season. -This property has routine pest services set up, but you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. -Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance. - WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. For early check-ins, the check-in host will automatically let you know on the day of check-in if the property is ready earlier.
