Oceanfront Villa on Private Beach

@sihuasurfhouse sits on a private beach 5 mins from Mizata and Nawi Beach House. The beach is 100% sand, U-shaped and 7.5miles long perfect for horseback rides or long walks. Ideal for families looking for a spacious property to relax in privacy. There is a large charcoal grill (pick up charcoal on the way or purchase teak firewood at the property) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc). The space The maximum number of people allowed at the house is 10, including children 3 years or older Check in is at 3 pm and checkout at 11 am. We are able to offer some flexibility with check-in to our pool area, but checkout is firm at 11:00 am. We offer a 15 minute grace period after which fees may apply. A/C and Black out curtains in every bedroom We are in a rural area and very much in the jungle. We recommend keeping bedroom doors closed at all times to prevent bugs entering, especially while lamps are on. Maintaining a clean kitchen and avoiding bringing food in the bedrooms also goes a long way to coexist with nature. We are on a whale nursing cove (point is Los Cobanos), there are turtles that lay their eggs directly under the hammocks during turtle season as well as birds in the several mango trees on the property. We offer coconuts 🥥 whenever available on our trees. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the bedrooms, living and pool area and hammock area. There is a family that takes care of the property, their house is by the front gate and it has its own separate front garden. Other things to note There is a grocery store 5 mins away with basics and liquor called Happy Market that closes at 6pm. We recommend stopping at Super Selectos on your way in either Sonsonate or Puerto La Libertad for the most selection of liquor as well as fresh produce. We are 5 mins away from Mizata; our favorite restaurants are Nawi and El Pausa (which has delivery) Please note we do not provide glass items (wine glasses or shot glasses) to prevent glass breakages in the pool. We have only shatter proof pool-friendly glasses available.
