The shared bathroom and kitchen, (in the words of previous guests), is 'kept pristine clean and orderly'. Our location is also centrally located to downtown Oakland and, Lake Merritt, Prescott Market, and Raimondi Park where the Oakland Baller's play. Our lush garden is a great bonus to your stay! Since 2008, our vibrant 7-room establishment has been a haven for hundreds visiting artists, digital nomads, and travelers of all kinds. The Guest House features a shared living room which is perfectly suited for lounging or working. There is a washer and dryer on-site for guests to use. Centrally located in the Bay Area in a diverse urban neighborhood, B-Love’s Guest House is minutes away from San Francisco, downtown Oakland, Emeryville and Berkeley. As the home owner I’m looking for guest that are easy going, respectful and, clean up after themselves. My name is Traci "B-Love" Bartlow and I’m a Bay Area artist and community organizer. As the owner and operator of B-Love’s Guesthouse, I have created a unique extension of my lifestyle of wellness and creativity. I take pride in providing a welcoming and inspiring space for artists, business professionals, digital nomads, and travelers from all walks of life. My goal is to offer a peaceful, culturally rich environment that feels like a home away from home, where every guest can relax, recharge, and be part of our vibrant community. Guest access Guest have access to kitchen and shared bathroom. There is also a wonderful backyard garden with a picnic table and benches, a sun deck, a flower and vegetable garden and, a stage that can be used for rehearsals, exercise or just relaxing in the shade.
