The nearest neighbors are more than 150 feet thru the woods. We have ALWAYS been completely disinfecting our cabin, bedding, linens, etc.. with a powerful germicide that is effective against virtually every type of virus and bacteria including the human coronavirus. In times like these it's nice to be able to get away to a safe place and enjoy nature and the bungalow offers just that-- a safe and secluded place to chill for a while . One main floor bedroom and bath. Easily Accessible for parking and entrance. Short drive to downtown Rochester and Mayo Clinic. 7-8 minutes from the Rochester airport. Host owns snow plow so no wait for clear driveway! Enjoy relaxing in private serenity after a busy day at the Mayo Clinic or enjoy your vacation or holiday with nearby activities at the adjacent Ironwood Springs Ranch available for purchase. The petting zoo and hiking or walking the trails through the 44 wooded acres and along the Root River are some of the no cost activities. Ironwood and the bungalow have agreements for using each other's trails. Guest access All of the rooms in the home except for one private bedroom for the owner's storage.
