BarriOceano - Room 1 of Casita Wave

BarriOceano is a chill and peaceful place with different options to stay. Come and visit us just some minutes away from the unique black sand beach, the mangroves and all the attractions in town. The space First level: -Room 1 of the Wave House has a queen size bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with an open shower in the room. -In the front of the house there is a small deck with a hammock and pool view. Second level: (Shared area between Room 1 and 2 of the Wave House) -Living area, which is cool, spacious and has a fan. The dining room and kitchen are also in this area. -The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishes, set of pots, pans, utensils, etc. Plus a small jet that is for filtered water. -This area does not have windows as such, only with protective glass from the middle down (*check in the presentation photos of the place). -The steps to enter the second level are high, consider if you have an injury or condition that makes it difficult to climb them. -The parking area is accessed through the sliding gate. It is normally unlocked, just push to open. Park so that space is available for 3 more cars. -The parking lot is not covered, therefore, BarriOceano is not responsible for damage to vehicles. BarriOceano is located in a small fishing village south of the coast of Guatemala, which is in the process of development and growth. So far it is a rural area. It is important for us to inform you that during the rainy season and high season (Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc.) the electrical service sometimes collapses. When this happens, we also run out of water.
