It is an apartment that we build for our visits, next to our house. We want to rent it with the purpose of saving, since our daughter will go to college soon in a year. The space The apartment is for our friends who visit us sometimes from other cities and also from other countries. It has grass in front and a fire pit area, which you can use if you want to sit in front of the fire for a while at night. It is next to our house so we are close if you need anything. We can prepare breakfast or dinner if you need with an extra payment. The apartment has two beds, one double and one single, TV, hot water, wifi, minibar, microwave, fan, private bathroom, permanent water and indoor parking in front of the house. It is in a closed circuit area and is private (only the family lives there) it is in the El Way neighborhood, and it is very easy to access the main road, close to public transportation, in the direction of the city center. Guest access Access to the apartment is private, separate from the main house, to get here is very easy, walk a block to take a taxi or public transportation, or walk to the city center.
