The space The property is recently built to a very high standard with modern windows and high ceilings with wooden vaults. Sliding glass doors separate the living room from the bedroom and can be opened wide to create a pleasant opening feeling. Sofas, chairs, and dining table in the living room provide a cozy space to relax. The bedroom has a new queen-size bed, and a new double bed. Closet, full mirror, plenty of storage space... The lighting is modern and creates a homey vibe. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and everything you need to prepare food and eat. Hot water, a gas stove, a large refrigerator and a coffee maker are also at your disposal. Guest access The beach is a two minute walk, overlooking the river all the way. Small shops selling all the basics are a block from the house. The city centre is a 5-minute drive through the city and has a supermarket. In addition to on-site parking, there is plenty of street parking around the property. Other things to note The house contains original works of art painted by Jamie Lee, a renowned pop artist who sells worldwide from his studio here in Carmen del Paraná. All the art is for sale, if you find you'd like to take it home for a much lower price than you sell online, you can do it!
