In the living room is a large sectional sofa with 3 electric recliners that have a beautiful view of the lake. The TV is a 55 Inch Roku Streaming HD TV on the wall. An I-Home radio with docking station for your I-Pod or I-Phone is located in the living room and another in each bedroom. Listen to your music that's on your I-Phone or I-Pad or just set it in the dock to charge. The Kitchen is designed in granite with cherry wood cabinets, the appliances are GE Profile stainless steel including a dishwasher, side by side refrigerator, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, and a 2023 Samsung glass top electric range with built in Air Fryer in the oven + the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you will need. The view from the kitchen is looking directly at your private beach and the entire south end of Clearlake. View View View! Our home has a private beach and launch ramp for you use. The other homes in our cove also have private beaches and piers / docks. Those other areas are private and cannot be accessed by those staying in our home. On the backyard concrete deck you will find 6 brand new chaise lounge chairs for sunbathing, a large Weber Kettle charcoal BBQ grill (you provide the charcoal), and a large 8 foot round table with umbrella and seating for 10 along with ample lighting for night time parties and cooking. Also Provided is a Traeger Smoker - BBQ for your use and we supply the pellets (Model Silverton 810) Due to Covid-19: After a check out, the housekeepers do the following: 1. Air out the home 2. Clean the home top to bottom including washing every piece of laundry 3. Re-Stock supplies for next guest - Soaps - Shampoos - TP - Paper Towels 4. A complete sanitize top to bottom including all of the easy to touch surfaces are sprayed with a virus killer formula to ensure the home is not only cleaned, but it is sanitized for the next guests arrival. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the entire property, including but not limited to, the home, carport, launch ramp, deck, and beach area with lake access (GARAGE NOT INCLUDED) Other things to note The home has 3 bedrooms that can sleep 6 people + 3 Aerobeds which sleeps 4 additional for a total of 10 people in beds. We allow 12 max at the property. Often we find that guests with kids will bring a tent to setup on the back deck and the kids will sleep under the stars.
