Save the hassle of finding and paying for parking every day and night. This is South Beach so there can be noise sometimes like any city. Guest access My Parking spot is exclusive to my unit. The Gate IS NOT the one on Collins Avenue. It is accessed from the alley behind the building. You reach the alley from 14th street behind Walgreens. Turn right and go to back of building and use clicker to open gate for my spot. Clicker is in drawer to left of refrigerator. The gate DOES NOT Close automatically so make sure it is closed when coming and leaving Other things to note The washer and dryer are in the parking garage and are coin operated.
