The Den is located on the 2nd floor of Gralehaus, a craft coffee, beer & brunch cafe in the Original Highlands. With its masculine charm & style, this is one of our favorite rooms! The space The Den, boasting 300 sq. ft., has a very masculine and charming feel with a view of the beautiful gralegarten (our German-inspired biergarten). It features exposed brick walls, original hardwood floors and the following amenities: King size bed, luxurious bedding, apple TV, free wifi, desk, rain shower head, alarm clock, hairdryer, white noise machine, complimentary water and a mini-fridge. This room features products, designs, and works by local Louisvillians: Furnishings and fixtures have been provided by SCOUT on Market. Custom drapes are by Drew Gard of Avant Gard; shades by Spindletop Draperies. Botanicals by Boston’s Floral Couture. Soaps, lotions, and scents by Peace of the Earth. Guest access SIDE DOOR ENTRANCE/EXIT FOR GUESTS Please use the side black door on the south corner of the building (access entry via front porch). This door has a code that you will need to enter (included with your booking confirmation). Please be sure the door closes all the way and that the lock engages (after 25 seconds). Once inside you will head upstairs to your room number and use a second code the key lock box next to your door. GETTING INTO YOUR ROOM / USING YOUR KEY BOX Once you’ve arrived at your room, there is a key box located next to the door. Enter your code and then press in the larger button at the top of the box down to open. If you enter the wrong code, there is a small button at the bottom of the box that you can press downward to reset. We recommend leaving your key in the box at all times so that you do not lose it! Any lost or unreturned keys will result in a $50 charge. Other things to note Maximum occupancy of two people per room. All guests must be 21+ as our bed & beer is reserved for adults only. Self check-out is 12pm / self check-in anytime after 4pm. No refunds or cancellations
