Included is a water trampoline, hydro bikes, canoe and kayak for your enjoyment. The owner lives on the premises in separate quarters and the kitchen space will be shared. Guest access Guests have full access to entire home, sharing just the kitchen with the owner. Guest will have full access to lake and dock. Play area for children, outdoor picnic table and grill for your use as well as a sitting area and fire pit. Wineries are close as well as the popular Watkins Glen track. The beautiful Watkins gorge is a short 12 minute drive. Other things to note Watkins Glen track a short 15 minute drive, finger lakes wineries within a mile or so, gorgeous Watkins Glen gorge 12 minutes away, the national forest is 2 miles away and dining is available nearby as well.
