Our home is close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, public transport, and family-friendly activities. It's a 7 min drive to Churchill Downs, 10 minutes to Bardstown Rd and 10 min to downtown. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house with the exceptions of the basement apartment and 2 rooms on the 3rd floor. Other things to note We are only 1 & 1/2 miles from Churchill Downs.
