The house is located on a hill, 150 meters from the sea. The entire 2nd floor is rented out, with an area of 50 sq.m. The living room and bedroom have panoramic windows overlooking the sea. Central heating is available. The underfloor heating system is used for heating. Nearby there is a public transport stop, 12 kilometers to the center of Batumi, 15 minutes away. The nearest shops and cafes are within a 5-minute walk.
