The large deck off the great room has seating for 6 + a full sized propane grill- it overlooks the quiet and private backyard. The spacious master bedroom has a romantic fireplace, large television and a quiet sitting area, as well as a jetted tub in the ensuite bathroom. Perfect for a relaxing morning or evening. There are two more bedrooms downstairs and family room with a large television, games and a wet bar. Take a minute to soak in the eight person hot tub off the lower deck and enjoy the fresh air of the outdoors after a day on the slopes or at the beach. It is a true escape from a busy life, but only minutes away from everything you need. In summer, Tahoma offers access to beautiful beaches, biking and hiking as well as being minutes away from the Chambers Landing Bar and Grill, which is located next to a nice sandy public beach. Or venture a few miles south to Sugar Pine Point State Park to enjoy fishing, sandy beaches, historic tours and more hiking trails. In winter you will enjoy being close to popular ski resorts and snow shoeing trails. Quiet Hours are 10PM to 8AM Parking: Parking is available for 4 vehicles max. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance. Other things to Note: * Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed. It may be put away for the winter and or for High Wind Red Flag warning days. Propane is not provided in winter months due to limited access. * There is no air conditioning at this home. Our temperatures stay low in the evening in Lake Tahoe, and fans are available for use. Other things to note There is an additional $99 pet fee if you bring a dog. We ask that you bring no more than 2 dogs. The nightly rate and cleaning fee includes a county Transient Occupancy Tax of 10%. Included in your cleaning fee is a $50 administrative fee and a $59.95 damage waiver that covers up to $1,000 in accidental damages that are reported to us at the time the damage occurred.
