Living room, dining room and kitchen form a large open space, and directly overlook the terrace and the swimming pool. You can have lunch and dinner on the terrace, equipped with a plancha for grilling, and relax in the deck chairs by the pool. On the second floor there are two bedrooms each with a double bed and two independent bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a large balcony where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun. There is an office equipped with a printer, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom is a suite with a large double bed, bathroom with separate toilet, shower and jet tub. The room also has its own terrace. An extra bed is installed in the office. Enclosed space in front of the house to park two cars. Home is gated and located in a very safe area. By car or taxi: 15 min from the airport, take the Dolphin Express Highway, exit at SW 17th Ave, always straight then left to SW 22nd street, 2nd right at 16th Ave then 2nd left in 23rd St, you have arrived.
