Quiet 1BR Renovated Apt- Near Downtown Hot Springs

Our ground floor 1 bedroom apartment has an industrial farmhouse look with a steampunk vibe, and a touch of local character. The space The in-apartment coffee bar and full kitchen are stocked with breakfast items so you are all set for mornings. Make your meals at home or go out to enjoy the local restaurants. There's a bright and shiny shower, a fun and functional pull-down rustic workspace, Roku TV, and an electric fireplace for cozy nights. Guest access The only shared part of the building is the common foyer that both apartments have access to, you may meet us coming and going there! This is a full 1 bedroom apartment, with kitchen and bath. There are no available laundry facilities in the building, we are happy to direct you to the local laundromat if needed. Parking: Parking is on the street, just outside the rear door near the garage. Please do not park in the driveway. We are open to longer-term stays, please contact us for information. We are within walking distance to the VA Complex and have happily hosted visiting medical personnel in the past. Other things to note About young children, we do not have cribs, parents will have to provide these items themselves. We do not allow pets. Please Note: Currently, the attached outdoor space is still under construction, so there may be limited access to the back patio area during your stay.
