We call this apt the Tree House because the porch off the kitchen is up in the trees! Guests can enjoy morning coffee or a cocktail on the private porch. This apt has AMAZING light! Perfect for a weekend in Richmond or a longer stay. Moments away from carytown, VCU, VMFA, a ton of bars and restaurants! Both units are available for rent via Airbnb, this is the upstairs unit. As it's an old house please be mindful of guests staying downstairs. We ask all guest to be respectful regarding noise. The space I love this apt SO much! Its my 70's good vibes apt! My husband and I have had so much fun decorating :) we hope you love! Other things to note Please remove shoes when entering the apt! Helps cut down on noise for the downstairs apt :) thank you kindly
