The space Swim, boat, relax, fish hike all Spring, Summer and Fall. Ice fish, snowmobile, ski all winter! This five bedroom home, while large, is not appropriate for gatherings or events. The septic is just not designed for it. All events and parties of any kind are strictly forbidden! But bring your mom and siblings and come enjoy rest and relaxation at its finest. This home is the PERFECT spot to enjoy Maine at any time of the year. Guest access There are just three areas off limits to guests. The utility room, unfished portion of the basement and the shed outside. Other things to note There is road side trash collection once a week early on Tuesday mornings. This is Maine, we keep the home VERY clean and have the yard treated for mosquitos and ticks- but it’s Maine. You may see an occasional ant, spider, a even a firefly make its way indoors. This is quite normal for this area and is not a reflection of the way the home is cared for. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood the lake is glass in the mornings and early evenings. A nice, comfortable home with amazing water frontage.
