I offer the lower level of my three-level townhouse: a private half bath and a family room (sleeps two people). Guests can also use a full bathroom on the upper level -- privately. Guests will have full use of the house, which includes an optional second bedroom on the upper level; washer/dryer; kitchen; enclosed back yard; living room; and free parking. Other important points: I have a cat, you would have free Internet, you are 1 mile from the Red Line subway station. Cyclists are welcome. The space The room price is based on 2 guests. Additional guests (including children) are $20/person each night.
