A perfect place for friends and family. The open design of our beach front home focuses on the ocean, beach and sky. Large windows and high ceilings create an airy, cool interior and a shaded outdoor living area looks onto the pool, deck, garden and ocean. Here you can do as little or as much as you like in the sun or shade. Sunsets are wonderful and the evenings are enchanting. The lights of the pool create a beautiful backdrop on the patio and the bar and dining room invite guests to gather. The space COVID-19 - CLEANING AND COOKING SERVICE ARE NOT AVAILABLE WHILE THE PANDEMIC IS ACTIVE Your rental includes 4 hours of housekeeping and cooking for each night booked. All day help is available for an an extra charge paid directly to the housekeeper. Please ask your housekeeper if you would like help shopping for food in the local market. Free wifi is available throughout the house and on the outer decks. Bedrooms Casa Ńuro has four bedrooms, sleeps 10 guests and can be configured for different bed arrangements. *The master bedroom has a queen bed and looks out onto the pool, garden and ocean . A private bathroom with a Peruvian travertine marble features a unique shower enclosure that can be opened onto a secluded outdoor area. Ample desk space and bookshelves provide a space for office work. *Guest bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a private bathroom. *Guest bedroom 3 has two single beds that can be joined to make a king. *Guest bedroom 4 has two twin beds that can be joined to make a king. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a common three piece bathroom. Two additional twin beds can be added to any room to suit our guests. All bedrooms have lots of room to hang clothes and a full set of drawers. Each bedroom has a fan to cool you at night. The house *The fully equipped kitchen and adjoining bar make cooking and entertaining easy. Two refrigerators and a chest freezer provide more than enough room for all of your market purchases and cool beverages. *The 16 foot high vaulted ceiling ensures that the interior of the house stays cool during the day. *Gather around the TV to watch satellite channels or CDs. *Our Argentinian designed barbecue has room to cook for at least 10-12 people. Ask our caretaker for assistance and flex your outdoor cooking skills. *A massage therapist is available to come to the house to treat you. Ask our caretaker. *The custom designed swimming pool has wide, shallow entry step to accommodate little ones and adults with mobility issues. *A beach shower, nestled between boulders, lets you wash off sand from the beach. *Parking is available in the yard and on the street *The area is patrolled 24 hours by non-uniformed guards. You may see their flashlights on the beach or the road at night. Guest access The entire house is open to our guests for their enjoyment. A washing machine and clothes line are available. The sun and ocean breeze dry clothes quickly. Ask your housekeeper for help with your laundry if you wish. Parking is available in the yard and on the street. Other things to note Although knowledge of Spanish is a help in this part of Peru, it is not necessary to be able to speak it. People in the area are very accommodating and patient with your questions and requests. Several cell phone based translation apps are available that take the worry out of communicating with our staff.
