Welcome to Venture Jamaica Airbnb! This well appointed villa is located within the Drax Hall Country Club Community of Ocho Rios. It has 2 full bathrooms to go along with its 2 well sized bedrooms. The home is located in the resort town of Ocho Rios, equidistant from both Kingston and Montego Bay International Airports. Our guests will also get access to a private beach just a few minutes away from the complex. The space Set in a planned seaside community, Drax Hall is a well-equipped, comfortable detached villa. Drax Hall is air-conditioned and amenities like Cable TV, free wifi, and a modern kitchen. An optional housekeeper & cook will pamper you. The property has a full time site manager on site daily, as well as 24 hour security. Amenities include a swimming pool, entertainment areas, dining, TV/living room and ample guest parking. Kitchen with full cutlery and appliances. WiFi is included. PLEASE READ my guidebook and the “Other Things to Note” section of this listing for important details. Both resources will answer many of your questions. Both are below. Guest access Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Guests have full access to the kitchen for the preparation of meals. There is WiFi throughout the villa as well as cable tv (with local and international channels). Day time guests are permitted, but no unregistered overnight guests and no events or parties are to be held on the property. Other things to note I do not allow unregistered overnight guests. Unfortunately, many guests who book this property make the decision to invite several extra people to stay once they arrive. Please note that there is a penalty of US$75 per person per night for guests who violate this policy. Please declare all of the guests in your party at the time of booking. If your guest count changes, you can make that change on the airbnb platform very easily up until you actually check in. If there are any questions about this policy, please reach out to me for clarification. I do not allow events/parties/gatherings/group dinners of any kind. If there is any doubt about what constitutes an event or party, please do not hesitate to contact me. Sadly, I’ve experienced an increased number of cases of unscrupulous inquiries for booking. I suppose it’s just a sign of the times. I will only confirm bookings if your identity is verified with airbnb. Once you have booked, I will ask you to send an image of each of your guests passport ID pages via the airbnb platform, at least 5 days prior to check in. If you are unwilling or unable to satisfy this request, I can request that airbnb refund your booking fees in accordance with the airbnb cancellation policies so that you're not out of pocket.
