You will have access to the entire back house you are renting as well as the back private patio that can be accessed right from the bedroom! We live on the property in the front home and are more than willing to cater to your privacy needs. However, our door is always open and we love making new friends! If you would like to pop over and say hi, we would love that! • Crown Point is on the outskirts of Pacific Beach and is significantly quieter and more mellow. • It is more of a family community and the heart of the town is focused around the beach activities. • The bay is not nearly as crowded and wild as the ocean/boardwalk and in our minds is much more peaceful! • We have two bikes available for our guests so you can cruise around the bay/boardwalk. • We are walking distance to: Crown Point Coffee, Rocky's Crown Pub, Bayside Landing, Promiscuous Fork, and more! • You can take a cheap Uber/Lyft to several Pacific Beach and Gaslamp/Downtown dining establishments. We are looking for guests who are coming for a quiet couples trip or friend trip (solo guests too)! The house is not completely child-proof and may not be the right fit for youngsters.
