Canje House is a spacious modern house located in East Canje, 10 mins drive from the historic town of New Amsterdam. The entire house refers to guests having sole occupancy of the property. This includes 3 bedrooms and up to 6 guests. There is an additional fee of $25 per person per night for bookings of more than 6 guests or more than 3 bedrooms. The property is located approx 94miles/152km 3hr drive from Cheddi Jagan Airport. We are able to recommend airport transportation. The space The ground level opens to a spacious open living, dining, and full kitchen area. A double bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower stall. A large tropical backyard with a concrete patio is accessible on this level. The second level has a large open living area, 2 double bedrooms, and 1 family room. A full bathroom with tub/shower, a study area for those who need to work remotely and access to the veranda with patio seating. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Netflix, as well as international and local cable channels, are accessible on the large smart TV in the ground level living area. All bedrooms have a 40-inch smart TV with Netflix. Bedroom #4 on the ground level is mobility accessible. Guest access Guests have access to: Living room, dining room, kitchen, up to 4 bedrooms, outdoor patio/terrace, backyard, upstairs living room, verenda/balcony, and 2 bathrooms. FREE on premises secured parking. 1 private bedroom is not accessible to guests, and it will remain locked and unoccupied throughout your stay. Other things to note The property is equipped with a split ductless air conditioning system. Booking the entire entitles guests to 3 bedrooms and up to 6 guests. If the additional bedroom is not required/booked, it will remain locked throughout your stay.
