Clean and spacious house with an excellent view located in a tranquil neighborhood perfect for single or business travelers. The house is located in a multi-million dollar neighborhood, remote and quiet, yet easily accessible. Only a 5 minute drive to a freeway entrance. Central to all cities in LA & Orange County. The space A single room with one shared bathroom with a small closet Guest access Private parking on the driveway is available. Check-in instructions will be provided. Guests will have access to the patio. The kitchen, dining and living areas are all available for your use. The laundry machine is also available for no additional charge. During your stay You may reach me anytime through text or AirBnb. We will have a housekeeper on-site for any issues that may arise. Please let me know if there is anything else we can provide to make your stay with us more comfortable. Other things to note There may be other guests living in other suites provided in the house at the same time. Your own suite will be pass-code locked and only accessible to you. Please be courteous towards any other guests and we recommend keeping noise to a minimum. The dining, kitchen and living room are commonspace areas to be shared, so please make sure to clean up after yourself.
