There are 4 pods one main pod with kitchen, living and dining area, then also a 1/2 bath in this pod with washer and dryer. Then three bedroom pods with private bathrooms with an additional shower that is outside and privately walled. Expansive decking between pods. First bedroom is a king bedroom, second bedroom is a king bedroom, then the third bedroom has a twin over queen bunk and single bed. A crib can be set up for a small additional fee or a back and play the 4th bedroom is NOT included in the pricing it has two twins that can be combined it is also including the gym in this bedroom pod Beaches: Stocking Island is renowned for shelling, its beautiful beaches and delicious Dora burgers on Hamburger Beach and daily volleyball games at Chat and Chill. You can reach Stocking Island via a ferry from the Peace and Plenty Hotel, located in George Town, or by water taxi. ~~ Boating Activities: The Exuma Cays offer some of the world’s best bone fishing. Bone fish guides can be hired for day trips. Bottom fishing for dinner is also very productive in the surrounding waters and diving for conch is plentiful along the western edge of the island. enjoy a day of boating and charger our boat for an adventure exploring the nearby cays, reefs and beaches. Beach towels included plus all linens and towels for the bath. I do have an optional van or car vehicle you can rent that would be delivered to the airport for you by the concierge this is an additional cost to the guest and requires an additional security deposit for the rental of the vehicle if interested let me know. My rates are competitive with the other companies and they do not even offer this size of car. There is also a gym on the property but there is also an extra fee for that along with a fee for Kayaks so please ask about that. Other things to note I highly suggest trip insurance I follow all cancellation policies on airbnb and strictly enforce the policy as stated on line when booking I have a gym for an additional fee that is on the property it is a separate building, I have 2 kayaks for rent and also a boat if interested please ask for pricing. Pool and Hot tub private on property grill and propane provided Starter paper products provided, linens provided. If you stay one week an additional cleaning is included during your stay if you like it is a light cleaning does not include linen changes on beds.
