The Forest Villa, Kirimiri Hill, Runyenjes, Embu

The Villa is located in the lush environs of Kirimiri Indigenous Forest, within fantastic sight of the Majestic Mt Kenya. The atmosphere is quiet and serene, perfect for a rejuvenating getaway. The tropical climate is temperate all year round. The property features an expansive manicured lawn,farm and forest. A high stone perimeter fence and secure doors ensure our guests security. There is a tarmac access road from the Nairobi-Meru highway and a murram road for the 100m drive into the property. The space The local attractions include the Kirimiri Indigenous Forest, one of the last indigenous forests in Kenya. The forest forms the crown of Kirimiri Hill, where you are free to treck, picnic and enjoy nature's unspoiled bounty. There is a permanent river on the other side of the property, flowing with clean cool waters from Mt Kenya, and which forms two incredibly beautiful water falls / caves (Nthenge Njeru water falls) a few minutes walk away.
