AVL Sunshine Daydream House 6 Miles from Downtown

This eclectic and charming 1950's bungalow has just been lovingly remodeled for your enjoyment. It sits on the West side in a quiet neighborhood just on the outskirts of town. Convenient to I40, just 17 minutes from the airport, 13 minutes (6 miles) to downtown, 15 minutes to Biltmore, 15 minutes to UNCA and 10 minutes to happening Haywood Rd. Clean, comfortable and stylishly funky with lots of windows to let in that sunshine! Great for families, small groups, and four legged friends! The space Pets are welcome and we have a fenced in yard, so bring your well behaved furry friends. Please add your pets where you add your guests. There is just a $20 pet fee total to help with extra cleaning. There are 3 bedrooms total (all new mattresses): The 2 downstairs rooms both have queen beds (and a small porch off one), and the finished attic has a king bed and a couch that converts to 2 twins. The twin beds can be a pain to make up so please let me know if you'd like this done for you ahead of time. I have also added 2 twin air mattresses for more sleeping arrangement options and a pack n play. There are window AC units upstairs and down for cooling. There is a covered front porch and a shady outdoor patio. The backyard is good sized with 2 fenced in areas (one on side and one in back). There is also a sun deck off the kitchen with a table large enough to seat 8. If you do have a big group please keep in mind that there is only ONE bathroom! Downstairs has a smart tv with a digital antenna for some local stations. Upstairs has a tv with roku. This house was our first family home. My husband (and other helpers!) and I have spent the last 9 months hands-on renovating and furnishing it in hopes of creating a wonderful Asheville experience for you :-) We hope you love it as much as we do. Guest access The entire house and yard is yours for the duration of your stay. 3 cars can be parked in the driveway and 3 or 4 on the street. Street parking is not a problem in our neighborhood. There is a keypad entry, so when you get here you can let yourself in and make yourself at home. Other things to note There is a VERY small washer/dryer combo for your convenience. If you will be needing to do a lot of laundry though I would recommend the laundromat down the street.
