We have two large, clean and comfortable rooms available for rent on the second floor of our Villa at the Royal Decameron Costa Blanca Resort. We are located in the small fishing village of Farallón, near Rio Hato in the province of Coclé, on the Pacific coast of Panama. This is the first of our two large, clean and comfortable rooms available for rent at our Villa at the Royal Decameron Costa Blanca Resort. This rooms is equipped with a full private bathroom, a King size bed, two night tables, a chest of drawers, a closet, a small table and two chairs. Each bedroom is also equipped with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV (no cable), and comes with towels and linens. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator, a microwave oven and a coffee machine, with coffee for two people. We offer free Internet for our guests in exchange for the courtesy of turning off the air-conditioning each time they are leaving the room. This particular room has a beautiful cathedral ceiling, two large windows and a newly added balcony overlooking the golf course and our luscious tropical garden. The rental gives our guests free access to the beautiful Del Mar Beach Club, three swimming pools, a restaurant, a bar and the most beautiful beach in the area. Our guests must pay for their own consumptions before leaving the Beach Club. For golfers, access to the beautiful Mantaraya golf course is also available at a reasonable cost. We have a room with a king size bed (this one!), a room with a queen bed, a room with two double beds and a fully equipped studio apartment. Guest access You will access the house and your room through key lockboxes. The two rooms available are facing each other on the second floor of the house, with a private access separated from the owners' quarters. Parking is available nearby, but not immediately in front of the house, as it is for our private use. There is plenty of parking for the guests near the villa. All the details will be provided to you after the booking is confirmed. During your stay We live in the house, but our space is completely separated from our guests rooms. We are usually on site in the evening, and on weekends should our guests need anything. Of course, we are easily reachable by phone and text message. We speak English, French, Spanish, Romanian, and Italian. We love Panama and are always eager to help our visitors and direct them to the must-see and must-do in this beautiful country. Other things to note PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although quite uncommon, utilities services interruptions do occur in our area. Most interruptions are short, but we have experienced others that lasted a whole day (or even days, such as when inspections of repairs needed to be done by the fire department). It is Panama! Should there be any outage (electricity, Internet, water or hot water), regrettably, we cannot provide refunds or accept liability for any services interruptions for which we, as hosts, have zero control over. We use satellite Internet, which is extremely reliable. However, if any of such interruptions occur we will inform you right away and you will then, if the interruption last more than six hours, have a choice between completing your stay with us without compensation, or leaving for an alternate accommodation - for which we will refund you the remainder of your planned stay. Therefore, should you book a stay with us, it will be understood that YOU FULLY ACCEPT that we will NOT provide refunds or accept liability for any utilities services interruptions for which we, as hosts, have no control over. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter. CONSUMPTIONS: Our guests have access to a beautiful private beach club. Guests MUST pay their own consumptions before leaving the club. The beach club's restaurant is closed on Mondays, but there are many other restaurants open in the area. HOTEL DECAMERON: Our guests do NOT have access to any of the Royal Decameron Hotel facilities.
