This clean, cozy, site built home is located in the quaint riverside village of St. Marks. Strategically located between the St. Marks + Wakulla Rivers, accessing the Gulf in just 3 miles. Perfect for nature lovers, fishing enthusiasts (fresh and saltwater), biking, kayaking, birding and just relaxing. The Florida Trail/ bike trail can be accessed from the culdesac of this neighborhood at mile 15. Minutes from the St. Marks NWR and Wakulla Springs State Park. 1 mile to marina/boat ramp. The space From the front door of this house, take a left and follow the bike path to the the Tallahassee-St. Marks Historic Railroad State Trail. A right on the trail takes you to the St. Marks or Wakulla Rivers in under two miles. A left (north) and you will arrive at the trail head in Tallahassee in approximately 15 miles. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house and backyard. Parking for two cars in the driveway. Please do not park on the street right of way or park on neighboring properties. Other things to note Cleanliness is more important than ever and to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and other transmittable infections we have implemented the following: We sanitize all high-touch surfaces, including light switches, lamp and blind pulls, cabinet knobs, remotes, digital keypad in door, doorknobs and the thermostat. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by the EPA, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists. We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. We clean all used dishes, pots, pans and cutlery in between each guest, using dishwashing detergent and the highest temperature setting on the dishwasher. We provide each guest with: Disposable paper towels Disposable gloves Multi-surface cleaner Disinfectant wipes or spray Extra hand soap Please follow all business requirements regarding social distancing, facial masks, etc., to ensure the health and safety of yourself, the general public and the locals in our sleepy little fishing village.
