Cute House near Beaches, Harbor & Ohana grounds

Great energy Dana Point beach cottage. Original wood flooring. 5 block walking distance to Marina. Parking in the driveway. Queen size bed in master bedroom. Folding bed in the smaller bedroom unfolds into the 2 twins. 2 couches in the living room also unfold. Shops, restaurants near-by. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. The space Charming, in a perfect location (as described by some guests) and very cozy. Comfortable furniture inside and also outside (table with 6 chairs). The bed in the master bedroom is queen size with a dresser, 2 night stands and a walk-in closet. Brand new TVs. Cable and High Speed Internet access. In the smaller guest room a new bed unfolds in the 2 twins. In the living the new couches (futons) also unfold into the beds. Yet, because of just 1 bath I encourage no more than 4 guests to stay at the cottage. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new flatware, cookware and utensils. The new smart TV in the living room is 55". There is also a TV in the smaller bedroom. New washer/dryer in the utility room. BBQ outside. Guest access In the backyard, there’s a very comfortable patio furniture set that seats six. Occasionally, to protect the chairs, we store them in the garage. The date palm tree in the back was planted seven years ago—can you believe how big it’s gotten? We’ve never watered it; the Dana Point climate seems to do all the work! In the past, we stored beach gear in the garage for guest use. However, after repeated instances of items disappearing, we unfortunately had to discontinue offering them. Other things to note You can ride the Dana Point trolley for free. There are 2 restaurants on the San Clemente pier. Fun! The Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach is world renowned. The performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa is spectacular.
