Our community offers amenities such as a tennis and basketball court, volleyball pit, 2 parks, trails and 4 lakes! We take pride in our community and you will see why! Our house features 3 bedrooms ( 2 rooms upstairs and 1 on the main level), 2 full baths, office, family and dining room, and covered deck. There is a security camera device located at the front door of the home only. This is only for security purposes. Guests will have all access to private community ammenities including 4 lakes, park, playground, walking trails, tennis and basketball courts , as well as volleyball pit. We offer a SMART TV and Firestick for movies and other channels. Fairburn maintains a traditional small town atmosphere coupled with the sophisticated advantages of a nearby metropolitan area. With easy access to interstate 85 and Hartsfield Jackson International Airport, Fairburn is perfectly positioned for all your business and personal needs. Guests will be able to access all that is listed in the description of the space of the home. Please read the description for the space. I will be available to all guests when needed. Fairburn, located just 25 minutes south of Atlanta, is a city of historic homes, buildings and places of worship with a thriving business community. Fairburn is a city that embraces the future while remembering the past. We love our community! It's very family oriented and features the most wonderful amenities! Take a walk to one of the 4 lakes and go fishing! (No swimming allowed in lakes); have a picnic at one of our picnic areas, enjoy bike riding, basketball, volleyball and even tennis on the property! We are minutes away from dining, movies, shopping and the airport. The area has no access to public transportation such as buses or train however, Uber or Lyft is always available and an excellent alternative. Grocery shopping is also made simple. We are less than a mile from Publix or you can get your food items delivered with Instacart, Door Dash or Uber Eats. Smoking is not allowed inside of the house however, outside is permitted. Due to homeowners association policies parties are NOT allowed at the home and loud music should not be played outside the home. The clubhouse and common areas are unavailable for rentals.
