It's a large and comfortable house, equipped with everything you need to have a good time. Practical decoration and finishes for a beach house. The property has 3600m2 of land with abundant fruit trees (mango, lemon, cashew, banana and others). The house is located in the center of the land, isolated from neighboring houses, which gives extra privacy and tranquility. Beach access by car in 5 min. Golf course 2 min. from the property. The house does not have hot water. Other things to note This house have no hot water. However we do not think it's neccesary.
