Villa La Macchia is a newly built 70 sqm villa, finely furnished with strictly handcrafted furniture, immersed in the quiet of the Salento countryside of Pescoluse, in the fief of Salve, a few minutes from the famous beaches of the Maldives of Salento. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room with a fireplace and a single sofa bed. It can accommodate up to 5 people, perfect for two families, couples or friends. The space The villa is equipped with every comfort, air conditioning with heat pump in every room, mosquito nets, TV in every room with satellite dish, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, hot water with solar panel, electric gate and ample parking area, perimeter alarm of the villa and external video surveillance. Large outdoor spaces equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, barbecue, sink and outdoor shower with hot water. Guest access The solarium area, with sunbeds and umbrellas, and the 7000 sqm of garden frame the beautiful (unheated) 10mx 4m 1.35h pool; suggestive lighting allows you to spend evenings and dinners by the pool. The villa is about 1.5 km from the beaches of Pescoluse, the Maldives of Salento. The swimming pool can be used from April to October. Other things to note The villa provides bed linen, towels and kitchen towels, and you will find a typical aperitif to welcome you. The villa can be rented all year round, only for summer vacations but also for Christmas, Easter and holidays. From June 1 to September 30, a tourist tax of €1.35 per person per night is required for adults only, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
