Double room in Iguana Garden Valencia

Beautiful, cozy room in a beautiful and safe neighborhood . Only a few minutes from restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and all you may need for a short stay in Valencia. You are also minutes away from the Autopista Regional del Centro with easy access to Puerto Cabello and Maracay. The room is nicely decorated in all comfort and has its own private bathroom. You will have access to our lovely terrace and amazing roof-top terrace with great views over the city and the sunset. The space The Red room, as we call it is an elegant room for up to 2 guests with all the confort you need. the room has Air conditioning, a private bathroom with hot water and includes linen, towels and toiletries. Guest access Guests will have access to the terrace, a space containing a living and dining room on the 2nd floor with a 32" TV with basic cable. there is also a DVD player at guests disposal. the terrace has a beautiful view over the municipal park next door and the mountains. Although Kitchen access is not provided, guests can use the cutlery and plates available in the terrace. Guests can also access our amazing roof-top terrace with great views over the city and the best spot to watch the sunset from one of our hammocks. During your stay We are a family of 4, my parents, my husband Peter and myself. We live on the premises and are available for anything you may need. Other things to note We have poured all of our energy into this small project that we hope to call a B&B one day, but this is still work in progress. We are very active and would be more than happy to help you plan fun activities in the city including but not limited to mountain climbing, cycling, hiking, etc. we would also be more than happy to join you if you like.
