Many people stroll along the street with young children and pets throughout the day. People are kind and warmhearted. There are many restaurants and coffeeshops in immediate walking distance. Deus Ex Machina, Superba, Gjelina, Tasting Kitchen, Rockenwagner Bakery, Pitfire Pizza, 26 Beach, Firestone Walker Brewery and Maxwell's to name a few. Many yoga, pilate and float studios are around the block. Public transportation is abundant nearby. Rent bikes from Metro with several pickup and drop-off points throughout Venice and Santa Monica. The nearest location is really close and on the corner of Lincoln Blvd and Venice Blvd. LAX is less than 7 miles away. Don't be shy to contact me for any recommendations. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone please remember to pick up after your dogs and dispose of their waste in a plastic bag, which can be placed in the garbage bin. • We understand that dogs are part of the family, but we kindly ask that they are not left unattended in the house at any time. Additionally we may need to deduct the costs of extra cleaning or repairs caused by your pet.
