Large gîte for up to 9 people, with heated pool

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family with: - Large decorative garden - Large pool (5x11) open in the spring; the start date inevitably depends on the weather, and it is usually early May. You should check with us if this is very important to you The pool is heated by a heat pump or, more often, by the sun From 22° to 25° in June, 23° to 28° in July, 25° to 30° in August The pool is shared with a second gîte for a maximum of 7 people The space Please note that the cottage is designed for 9 people, but the addition of extra mattresses for children or teenagers is possible, and may allow us to accept reservation requests for up to 11 people. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis - and we don't guarantee we'll accept all requests. The property allows access to cars within the limit of 2 cars per cottage ( 4 cars in total plus owner's). Excess cars will have the option to park in the church square (50m from the cottage ). Please respect this clause. Guest access Shared parking area (2 cars max per tenant). This is rarely possible in April, even if it happened in 2019. in short, you must check with us, if it is very important to you... so that things are clear. - the pool's closing also depends on the weather, it is sometimes closed in mid-September, sometimes at the beginning of October, etc. in any case, it is closed at the end of October. This year (2022) the pool was closed on 09/08/2022
