Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Pitch your tent or bring your RV and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Secluded area that is only 4 miles from town, a short drive to Baxter State Park and minutes away from Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. The space When you enter the campground, the first site you will pass is called the Birch. It will be on your left. Once you pass the Birch, the road curves to the right and you’ll have a choice to go straight or make a left. Stay straight and cross the Crystal Brook Bridge. Once you cross the bridge, make a left. Follow that road and Cedar Crossing is the first campsite on the right. The site has a picnic table, fire ring, and firewood. We ask that our guests respect the land and carry out all trash and belongings at the end of their stay. We hope you enjoy our rustic, primitive and peaceful site with plenty of space for tents or your RV. Guest access Property has a gravel road that extends approximately one mile back from route 11.
