The area offers beautiful beaches, amazing nature and exciting history. The Gendarmstien, one of Denmark's most beautiful hiking routes, is close by and invites you to beautiful walks and bike rides along the coast. The main house has a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and direct access to the large terrace surrounding the house, as well as a modern kitchen with all the necessary utensils. There are 4 double rooms and a large loft that sleeps a total of 10 people. The large bathroom offers both a sauna and a hot tub/whirlpool, while a guest toilet is located at the other end of the house. Right next to the main house is a large annex, filled with entertainment for all ages – here you will find billiards, table tennis, air hockey, darts and a cozy sofa corner with a wood-burning stove. In the annex there is also a heat pump for extra comfort. In the large, enclosed garden there is a play tower with swings and slide, perfect for the children. There is also a large terrace where you can relax. Guests can also enjoy free bowling and mini golf in Sønderborg, which is only 20 minutes away. The house has fast fiber internet, so you can be online throughout your stay. There is also the possibility of charging an electric car and free parking at the house (up to 3 cars). Guest access As a guest, you have the entire house and property to yourself, ensuring you peace and privacy during your stay. There is private parking directly by the house with space for up to 3 cars, so you can easily park on arrival. Other things to note Consumption is settled at current rates based on meter readings at both check-in and check-out. A settlement note is available in the house and provides a clear overview of consumption. If you bring a dog, it is important that it does not stay in furniture or beds and that any leftovers are removed. Smoking is not allowed in the house. In addition, it is emphasized that the house is not rented to youth groups or as a setting for party events. We want to ensure a calm, respectful and relaxing vacation experience for all guests. In the high season, the house is rented exclusively on a weekly basis to create the best possible setting for the stay.
