This house does not accommodate animals of any type (allergies). Upper level only. This house is no mansion for a millionaire but there is room for memories, love, and a great space to share with family,friends, and associates. Some things are old,somethings are new, somethings need updating as things do. Feel free to make this space comfortable for you. Privacy inside and out. Fabulous location in a quite diverse area. Short walk to several plazas. Please make it your home away from home. This a wonderful space in a prime location within a good diverse neighborhood. You can walk to the nearby plaza for your shopping and eating needs, if you feel energetic you can walk to the movies. Great place for adventurers, business travelers, families with children and average size groups. Private residential location but you have the city of Atlanta at your finger tips when you want to be a part of the action. Lots of things to do nearby malls, outdoor activities, walking trails, gym, indoor aquatic center, Truist Baseball Stadium, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia World Congress Center, CNN, Georgia Dome, Centennial Olympic Park, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Fox Theater, Tabernacle Concert Hall, Martin Luther King Center, Americas Mart, Piedmont Park (famous setting for film location), Amicolola Falls State Park, Lake Lanier, North Georgia Mountains are 1 hour North, Stone Mountain 1 hour east, lots of night life, Chattanooga Tn. is less than 2 hours, Six Flags, White Water are 15-20 min; Cobb Energy Center, Mable house Amphitheater and so much more. Nearby emergency facilities(hospital). Prime location to access any major highway (straight shot). You have access to the upper level only which include a huge deck. Private front and back entrance and parking. You have access to a gas grill; which requires experience users only. Also, there is a $50 charge if the grill is not clean to standard. Very little interaction with guest unless they need something, we have an emergency call bell in place. Guest will make this their private space during their stay. A meet and greet will happen upon arrival or exit. Housekeeper on lower level with no interaction with guest unless requested by me or emergency. Neighborhood quiet, friendly and diverse. It's an older neighborhood built in the seventies, earth tone, no house is the same. We try to keep it neat and clean. For an older neighborhood, it's holding it's own. It has character. Near by ATM parking horseshoe bend plaza, park and ride at bus terminal on south Marietta parkway, (Cobb county transit, taxi, car, Lift or uber) is available upon request via telephone. No animals of any type. No smoking in the house. No eating in bedrooms. This is our home please leave it as you found it. If you break it, report it, replace it or pay for it. Follow all house rules and departure rules. Please eat in designated area only. No jumping on bed or sofas; they are made for sleeping. Please do not sleep on top of bedspeads (fold them back). Flow down the house rules to your guest to follow. If you smoked, Do not through cigarettes in the yard.
