"L'écurie" guest room near 24-hour circuit

We welcome you to our room "l'écurie", one of the four rooms of our guest house "la fermette". Completely renovated, this PRM accessible room has a private bathroom, toilet and access to the shared kitchen and living room. Located in Spay, less than 10 minutes from the 24 Hours circuit and 15 minutes from Le Mans, the house is in the quiet countryside but close to the city and all amenities, ideal for visiting the region or for a relaxing stay. The space This single-story room is part of a 4-bedroom house that can accommodate up to 11 people. Each bedroom has a shower room and a toilet. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and shared living room. You can book one or more rooms depending on your needs.
