Sunnyview, a Victorian mansion, was built in 1894 on a granite foundation with marble floors in the foyer, hall and dining room. The stepping stone at the front walkway was used by the ladies and gentlemen of the era for entering the carriages of the time. Our historic property is surrounded by 16 acres and offers natural backdrops of days gone by. Relax on the Southern style front porch and enjoy the night sky by our fire pit built with foundation stone from the corn crib. The space Sunnyview offers a relaxing Southern style front porch to welcome you into our historic home. Downstairs you will find a parlor and a library for reading or conversation. A kitchenette and laundry room are available in the upstairs common area to make your stay more comfortable. The main floor Owen Suite is one of five bedrooms in the historic home. Additional rooms may be booked separately or combined. Sleeps a total of 11 guests. Coffee stations and frig provided.
