This is a lovely 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home with a pool. This home away from home has all the amenities you need for that holiday home experience at an affordable price. The complex also comes with a fully fenced pool for everyone to enjoy. The space The house consists of 3 good sized bedrooms, that will sleep 6 comfortably. Lovely lounge with a large sofa equipped with large LCD TV along with a hard-drive with an assortment of movies and TV series. Fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, microwave, stove top and oven, pantry essentials also included. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining alcove. Full laundry facilities with indoor and outdoor lines. All linen is provided along with bath and beach towels. The pool with a a large deck with ample seating and BBQ to enjoy those balmy evenings with a beer, wine or a cocktail. Lovely landscaped gardens with passionfruit vines, limes and lemons, mango trees for you to enjoy when in season. A baby portacot is available upon request at an additional cost of $10 per day, includes all linen. Just 2 minutes’ drive from the hustle of Avarua township with all the shops, restaurants, cafes & bars plus the famous Punganui Market which is a must do on Saturday mornings. And only a 1-minute drive from the International airport. Guest access The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, with lovely neighbors not far from the airport so there is some airplane noise but this never lasts long. Convenient to town and popular Nikao beach is a 3 minute drive away. Other things to note We provide our guests with a Wi-Fi internet connection, this is a Hotspot Vodafone and can be accessed by purchasing a Wi-Fi card from a Vodafone reseller or using a credit card online. There is a Vodafone booth just outside the departure hall next to Avis, otherwise most places sell the access codes. The house is equipped with a UV filter so the water is safe to drink from the tap.
