Blue bedroom furnished with a queen bed for two, 2nd bedroom will have 2 twin bunk beds for the kids (or other adults). 1 bedroom and a half bath downstairs with TV/entertainment room. Downstairs bedroom is furnished with a double bed for 2. Note: the stairs are steep. Please see all photos to confirm this is a good location for your group. Enclosed back porch, fenced backyard, and hang-out space on patio. Guest access - The whole house is yours for your stay! - Keyless self check-in - Check-in details will be sent the day before arrival Other things to note * We are a Veteran family—thanks for supporting us! Please remember you’re staying in a person’s house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred or additional cleaning needed. For non-emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart. - All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with parents. - Kid friendly! The house has a pack n play, high chair, a few toys, and kid friendly dishes available to use. - Well behaved pets are welcome for an additional $50 pet fee. Please let us know and we will send you an alteration to collect that amount. - 6 people max, we charge per guest, please have an accurate guest count. - No late checkout or early check-in unless prearranged. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per. - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/ other things that are beyond our control. - We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay. Long term info: Renting long term (more than 30 days) is an option but please inquire to work out an agreement. Long term includes a damage deposit of $500 and may include utility fees depending on season/price. Additional monthly pet fee of $100.
