You will enjoy a spacious hacienda style living space with a spacious bedroom, a brand new queen bed, rustic-chic furnishings with an adjoining private guest bath. The rental also includes a private den living space furnished with two Scandinavian-style recliners and a large desk. NO SMOKING is permitted (inside or outside of the home). Please note: The casita does not have a television. In the main area you will find amenities such as a mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker and an electric tea pot with an assortment of teas, basic kitchen supplies and a sampling of snacks and breakfast items provided. Please note that it does not have a microwave or oven and is not a suitable space for cooking. There are several cafe's and restaurants within a quarter mile of the property for breakfast, lunch, or dinner from take out pizza to BBQ or steak. If time permits, be sure to head to downtown to Prescott's Court House Square for shopping, dinning and entertainment. This is the perfect space to kick off your shoes and relax after a day of sightseeing, hiking in Sedona, shopping or golf. There are two golf courses adjoining the neighborhood. The entire front wing of the house was just made 100% private by the addition of a hacienda door to separate the guest area from the host's living space. The solid alder wood door completes the cottage feeling by adding privacy. The casita is very quiet, as is the neighborhood. If you appreciate peaceful and quiet surroundings this is the Airbnb for you! We are connected by 1 shared wall so I do ask that you respect the quiet surroundings by observing the following: No smoking inside or out No phone calls outside. No loud or boisterous behavior at any time. Quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am. Do not cut through gravel or hedges as this could be part of the neighbor's property. Be mindful and respectful to the surrounding homes. Other things to note Parking is 60 yards away on the main through street, however you certainly can load and unload in front of the home. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY. Mini fridge, Keurig coffee pot and elecdtric tea kettle is provided. Unit does not have a kitchen and therefore cooking inside or outside the property isn't permitted. HOUSE RULES: - This is a NON-SMOKING home. No smoking is permitted inside or outside. - Please remove your shoes inside the home. - No cooking is allowed in the space.
