Queen Bedroom: Bed/Mattress, Bedside Tables, Closet. Single Bedroom: Bed/Mattress, Dresser, Closet. Pack & Play available upon request. Living Room: Sectional, Coffee Table, TV Stand, TV (use our YouTube TV account!), Board Games. Main Bathroom: Full-sized Tub Shower, Vanity, Toilet, Washer & Dryer. Kitchen: Fridge, Gas stove & Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Table w/ Seating for 4. Outdoor Space: Dining Table w/ Seating for 4. 2 Adirondack Chairs. Outdoor Lounge w/ Seating for 4. Grill. Shed w/ Beach Supplies. If you have any questions about the space, please contact us! We can provide items for small children upon request: pack & play, toys, books, utensils, high chair, etc. We take pride in keeping our beach cottage clean, organized, and comfortable. All of the furniture is new, and most of the home is recently updated. Please use it all--TV, WiFi, grill, yard, etc--but be respectful, clean up after yourself, and follow the house rules!
