Remodeled in July 2023. Beautiful. From the living room to the beach in 5 minutes! Unbeatable view on a wonderful beach, super cozy, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + large terrace in Club Playa Blanca, 15 min. from Tongoy. There is no internet connection in the apartment but the complex has a Wi-Fi point, swimming pools, restaurant and mini market. Paddle court for an additional cost. Excellent starting point for coastal walks. Pets are not allowed. The space Private use of our apartment and shared use of the Club's facilities. We offer sheets but not towels. The apartment has a reserved parking space. The entrance road to Playa Blanca, about 5 km, is unpaved.
