Mountain views from the back porch, easy access to the mountain by walking across the footbridge, and a shuttle to take you to town! Our place is a wonderful getaway from city life with lots of space and access to mountain biking, hiking, and skiing - depending on the season and your interests. It's a great space for families or friends! Our condo is just a quick footbridge away from the base! Enjoy easy access to the mountain, the town shuttle and great views from our space! From Mt. Crested Butte, you can also easily access great hiking trails in the area. The condo is located on a lower level than the parking lot, and there are several sets of stairs to reach the unit. The unit is also multi-level, so there are stairs within the unit as well. With a great space to gather with your friends and family, but enough space to spread out, our condo is great for a larger group. There are two bedrooms on the entry level floor and an upstairs bedroom with two twins beds. Two parking passes are provided with the condo, but please be aware parking is first come, first serve. (Note: Parking is monitored to ensure only residents are parking there.) I will be sending along the additional SC 23 Rental Agreement (one-page) to be signed after you have booked. The sleeping arrangements: - Master Bedroom with full bed and TV - Main floor guest room with two twin beds - Upstairs guest room with two twin beds and TV - Living room with one pull out couch Mt. Crested Butte ID: STR (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) You will have access to the whole apartment! There is a hot tub just up a set of stairs with a great view of Mt. Crested Butte. I will be available to answer questions and can send someone if there is an issue. Mt. Crested Butte has a few cute little restaurants and it is a shuttle bus away from the town. You can pick up the Town Shuttle at the Transit Center, which is just a quick walk across the foot bridge. COVID-19 UPDATE *Until June 10th we can only have up-to 4 people staying at the condo. *June 24th we can go back to 100% capacity. *Town shuttles are starting June 1 but may change based on the situation. Cleaning is done with disinfectant. *There will be a 24 gap between guests. There will not be any early/late check in/out allowed since this will impact the time gap. *All sheets and duvet covers are washed between guests.
