Entire lower level of a luxury mountain home, tucked up high on a hillside with amazing mountain views. You will have your own private entrance into this recently remodeled and sunny guest suite. There is a family that lives upstairs. Private trails start right outside your doorstep to a few lookout locations. No smoking on entire property. The space Fully equipped kitchen. Queen size bed in the bedroom, plus a pull-out sofa in the living room. Please note that access to the property is via a long, steep, narrow, gravel driveway. Inexperienced drivers should think twice before booking. Guest access Entire lower level, outdoor parking, porch with sitting area, lookout area, miles of trails (from moderate to more advanced) Other things to note In winter, although access is from public roads and we plow our driveway, four wheel drive or front wheel drive is necessary. We don’t provide fire wood so please bring your own. Spring through fall we are on fire ban. Danger of wildfire is very high. We don’t allow any smoking on the property year-round.
